Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Herbal notes, becoming sweeter. Heather honey. Palate Blossoms first, then fruit. Apricot, orange, raspberry, strawberry. Finish Long and lingering, with echoes of all those flowers and fruits. Comment One of the most assertive, flavoursome examples of Speyburn I have tasted. A pretty whisky from a pretty distillery.

Dave Broom Nose Clean and attractive with a light sweetness undiluted. Water brings out a deeper earthy/grassy note and a hint of violet. Palate Clean and again quite sweet. Heather. Gentle but with a subtle weight. Finish Medium weight. Sultana cake, orange. Juicy. Comment Sweet and gentle.
