- Herbal notes, becoming sweeter. Heather honey.
- Palate
- Blossoms first, then fruit. Apricot, orange, raspberry, strawberry.
- Finish
- Long and lingering, with echoes of all those flowers and fruits.
- Comment
- One of the most assertive, flavoursome examples of Speyburn I have tasted. A pretty whisky from a pretty distillery.

- Clean and attractive with a light sweetness undiluted. Water brings out a deeper earthy/grassy note and a hint of violet.
- Palate
- Clean and again quite sweet. Heather. Gentle but with a subtle weight.
- Finish
- Medium weight. Sultana cake, orange. Juicy.
- Comment
- Sweet and gentle.
