- Nose
- Clean and sweet. Marmalade and lightly herbal: thyme, bay and lemon verbena.
- Palate
- Clean and while it's as thick on the palate as a liqueur should be but there's enough spiciness to balance.
- Finish
- Nicely balanced, not overly cloying.
- Comment
- Would make a good Rusty Nail.

- Nose
- Fragrant. Obviously a liqueur. Herbalist shop. Thyme, angelica. Sweet orange. In the back, chicken broth.
- Palate
- Syrupy, thick. Very orangey. Seville orange. With some herbal flavours in
the back. A bit watery midpalate.
- Finish
- Sweet and soft. The bitter orange note lingers nicely.
- Comment
- A whisky liqueur ? Well thought out. But maybe a higher strength would
have toned down the sweetness.
