- Nose
- Highly exotic: Turkish delight, rose petal, anise, membrillo and thick Seville orange chunks. Damson and dark fruits develop.
- Palate
- Old balsam and herbs - strangely reminiscent of Becherovka - with mint and star anise at the front and sweet dark fruits at the back.
- Finish
- Again, not overly cloying.
- Comment
- I'm not a big liqueur fan, but this is a bit special.

- Nose
- Intense. Almost intoxicating herbal and spicy notes. Angelica, thyme, coriander, cinnamon. Orange peel. Exotic wood. The older version of the previous one?
- Palate
- Sweet and oaky. The same mixed oak and herbs cocktail.
- Finish
- Sweet and rather short.
- Comment
- A 40 Year Old liqueur? Certainly interesting and pleasant to drink. But the whisky is completely masked.
