Michael Jackson

Nose: Fragrant, salty. The sea begins to emerge. Very fresh.
Palate: Powerful. Intense clean sweetness. Coconut. Mint.
Finish: Mint toffee. Hot peppermint. Late saltiness on the front of the tongue. Extraordinarily long.
Comment: Scores extra points for complexity.

Dave Broom

Nose: Straw/gold. A good mix of spume, sweet fruit, leather, dried grass and light toffee.
Palate: A smooth sweet start then a blast of flavour dried herb, salt spray, smoke, moss, toffee apple.
Finish: Very long, some coconut.
Comment: A worthy replacement for the previous cask vatting, another complex Campbeltown beauty.
