- Fresh. Briney. Lemony.

- Creamy porridge with salt. Then pancakes with sugar and lemon juice.

- Sherbet lemons.
- Comment
- Astonishingly citric.

- Complex. Coconut oil, oak, wood, basil, dried orange skin, hint of smoke. With water, sultana, butter and a singed note.
- Palate
- Smoke again. Everything quite concentrated then leaps into life, broadening and coating the palate. Builds in complexity, then spice.

- Tangerine and toast.

- Contemplative.
