Michael Jackson

Nose
Fresh. Briney. Lemony.
Palate
Creamy porridge with salt. Then pancakes with sugar and lemon juice.
Finish
Sherbet lemons.
Comment
Astonishingly citric.

Dave Broom

Nose
Complex. Coconut oil, oak, wood, basil, dried orange skin, hint of smoke. With water, sultana, butter and a singed note.
Palate
Smoke again. Everything quite concentrated then leaps into life, broadening and coating the palate. Builds in complexity, then spice.
Finish
Tangerine and toast.
Comment
Contemplative.
