Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Salt. Cucumber. Lettuce. Tobacco. Palate Sweet. Malt background. Angelica. Coconut. Finish Coconut. Sugar, but also salt. Comment Lively and refreshing, but the flavours have not combined and fleshed out as probably they will in another six or seven years.

Jim Murray Nose Fat and mildly feinty. Palate Lemon drop sharpness, fan tailing out for a beguilingly malty middle. Finish Chewy and tantalisingly spicy. Comment Has an extraordinary finish, suggesting something twice the age.
