- Lightly fragrant. Skins of dessert apples.
- Palate
- Smooth. Syrupy. A touch of vanilla-pod. Spicy (a hint of clove?). Lively.
- Finish
- Flowery dryness. Slightly stinging.
- Comment
- A dessert malt, perhaps, but for that purpose I prefer sweeter bottlings.

- Dry, nutty and airy. Dried banana on muesli, green grassy notes, tea leaves, walnut.

- Very soft and attractive and flows straight down the middle. Medium sweet with some vanilla and nut.
