Waxy. Beewax. Cider apple. Dry almond. Distant peat. Hint of phenols. Damp wood. The phenolic notes slowly rise up.
Palate
Dry and crisp. Quite bitter. Earthy and peaty. The fruit notes from the nose are absent.
Finish
Dry, spicy, almondy.
Comment
Lacks expression when neat. Water tones the bitterness down and releases a refreshing minty whiff.
