- Sweet, lemonade, a note of ozone and rock pools.
- Palate
- Brittle toffee and walnuts, ginger and candied peel.
- Finish
- Medium in length, spices and a hint of aniseed as well.
- Comment
- A nicely-integrated old dram.

- Marmalade, packed with citrus fruit, warm stones, the beach at Aldeborough in Suffolk, spun sugar.
- Palate
- Lovely and spicy, Parkin cake, some toffee and nut notes mingle with cake mix.

- Spicy and warming.
