Martine Nouet

Nose
Delicately scented. Lemony. Semi-dried apricots. Peach in syrup. Hazelnuts. Quite an intricate aromatic build-up. Shortbread developing on creamier notes.
Palate
Smooth and sweet. Citrussy. Mandarin. Muesli.
Finish
Dry, crisp, spicy, chilli. Almondy notes.
Comment
A subtle yet characterful malt. Sweetness is teased up by dry spices. Beautiful structure. The proof that you can be young and accomplished.

Dave Broom

Nose
Light. Green fruits, elderflower, cereal. Pure and sweet. Water makes it like an old-fashioned lemonade. Blossom-like.
Palate
Sweet to start, then a firm maltiness. Lively, light fruits. Effervescent.
Finish
Perks up nicely.
Comment
Well made, with good balance.
