Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Orange flower water. Soft. Honey-sweet. Palate Marshmallow-like. Cereal grain. Cream. Orange peels. Finish Faintly smoky dryness. Comment Seemed a little lighter all round than I remember.

Dave Broom Nose Gentle, discreet even. Raisin bread/pannetone, apple, light honey, peach. Toasty, lively. Palate Delicate with soft layers of flavour. Wood gives a good frame for the light gentle honeyed fruit. Very light. Finish Long, slowly fading fruits. Comment Understated, just a bit shy.
