- Fleshy, sugared almond. Needs time to open when you can find clover honey, violet. Quite syrupy and sweet. Water gives it a lift.
- Palate
- Light touch of pear drop. Immediate sweetness with a crunchy middle. Cheesecake base.

- Long, sweet.
- Comment
- Give this time and you'll find a delicious dram.

- Pale sultanas, exotic fruit, kiwi and a pencillike woodiness. Cocoa.

- Honeycomb sweetness, kiwi, oats, some floral notes and lemon Turkish delight. Well balanced, fruity goodness.

- There's something breakfasty about this, like a good bowl of honeyed and well-fruited porridge.
