Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Fleshy, sugared almond. Needs time to open when you can find clover honey, violet. Quite syrupy and sweet. Water gives it a lift. Palate Light touch of pear drop. Immediate sweetness with a crunchy middle. Cheesecake base. Finish Long, sweet. Comment Give this time and you’ll find a delicious dram.

Arthur Motley Nose Pale sultanas, exotic fruit, kiwi and a pencillike woodiness. Cocoa. Palate Honeycomb sweetness, kiwi, oats, some floral notes and lemon Turkish delight. Well balanced, fruity goodness. Finish Dusty cocoa and a shake of spice. Comment There’s something breakfasty about this, like a good bowl of honeyed and wellfruited porridge.
