Dave Broom

Immediate complexity with notes of honeycomb and old-fashioned beeswax polish. In time, sultana. Good weight with super-ripe dark fruits. A lift of sulphur adds interest. With water, there's wax crayon. Substantial.
Medium weight with good rich, sweet start. Soft-centred mixing plum, light grip and a raisined note. Balanced.
Long sweet and gentle.
A class act and a finish which works.

Rob Allanson

Very mellow with instant honey and vanilla with the distant notes of orange fruit and heather. A vague chocolate and coconut hint. A little sherry.
Big bold sweetness mixed with a little oaky hit.
Long,tingling,smooth and wonderfully warming.
A luxurious malt that goes well after dinner to finish the night off.
