Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet

Nose
Rich and fruity. Floral. Carnation. Baked peaches. Hazelnuts. Polished oak floor. A touch of blackcurrant.
Palate
Crisp, tangy. Lingering fruit. Blackcurrant jam. Gingerbread. Chocolate fudge.
Finish
Dry. Nutmeg. Liquorice.
Comment
An assertive character, with a pleasant crisp feel on the palate. The dram to take on long forest walk. Invigorating.

Dave Broom

Nose
Mature. Candied peels, melted white chocolate, fresh fruit salad. The oak takes things into the sauna (pine). With water become deeper: honeydew melon, currant, heather.
Palate
A seamless flow of all the flavours on the nose. Beautifully balanced.
Finish
Fantastic length.
Comment
Structure and softness in perfect harmony. A must drink.
