- Cherry compote. Green walnut. Touch of tar. Tobacco leaf. Hot coffee. Sweeter aromas slowly emerge. Shortcrust pastry. Vanilla biscuit.

- Sherry reveals heavy fruit: prunes, plums, cherries. Pleasant sourness. Spicy, tickling.
- Finish
- Very spicy. Really numbing tastebuds. Bitter chocolate aftertaste.

- A beautiful and complex nose, palate starts right then the elegant spiciness.
