- Grassy. Dried herbs but with a hint of humidity. Star anis. Vanilla creeps in. Touch of sugar candy. Boiled celery.
- Palate
- Sweet then abruptly bitter. The same grassiness as on the nose; aniseed, mint and a hint of almond skin.
- Finish
- Bitter,acrid.
- Comment
- The grassy profile of this whisky is too much.
