- Nose
- Wet wool, light coconut notes with vanilla. Slightly artificial. Freshly painted oak,new leather, soft toffee with a malty undertow. Some sloes and briary fruit. Seems covered.
- Palate
- Sweet slick entry with black fruits. Becomes quite juicy and sweet. Lacks
structure and is a little flabby.
- Finish
- Then dries.
- Comment
- Sweet and simple. Maybe higher alcohol would help?

- Nose
- Malty and fruity. Oak is well integrated. Creamy. Vanilla fudge. Hint of cappuccino.
- Palate
- Mouth-coating. Almost thick. A lovely rich creamy flavour gives you a sense of fullness. Marasquino cherries coated in white chocolate. Malteasers also.
- Finish
- Medium,on fudge and spices.
- Comment
- You certainly get satisfaction with this dram. A handsome malty Highlander.
