Nose
Wet wool, light coconut notes with vanilla. Slightly artificial. Freshly painted oak,new leather, soft toffee with a malty undertow. Some sloes and briary fruit. Seems covered.
Palate
Sweet slick entry with black fruits. Becomes quite juicy and sweet. Lacks structure and is a little flabby.
Finish
Then dries.
Comment
Sweet and simple. Maybe higher alcohol would help?

Nose
Malty and fruity. Oak is well integrated. Creamy. Vanilla fudge. Hint of cappuccino.
Palate
Mouth-coating. Almost thick. A lovely rich creamy flavour gives you a sense of fullness. Marasquino cherries coated in white chocolate. Malteasers also.
Finish
Medium,on fudge and spices.
Comment
You certainly get satisfaction with this dram. A handsome malty Highlander.
