A slight butyric note to start then some boiled vegetables (parsnips?). Getting better on time. Caramelised apples. A touch of curcuma.
Palate
Round,a bit soft. Good structure though. Cooked pears in puff pastry. Develops a nice spicy feel on the tongue. Nutmeg and cinnamon.
Finish
Pleasantly spicy and fruity.
Comment
A bad start on the nose but makes up for it on the palate. A few drops of water bring out more toffee notes. Quite enjoyable in the end !
