- Chocolate and bourbon biscuits and a hint of resin.Dried black cherry and molasses mixed with Highland toffee.

- Very nutty and again an immediate tightening,has an added meaty undertow. Leathery and bold.
- Finish
- Dry.
- Comment
- Better than the previous two with a certain muscular strength.

- Discrete then opening on pastry notes. Bakewell tart.Figs. Raspberry jam. Quite enticing. And appetising.
- Palate
- Sweet and smooth but not for long. A big spicy explosion teases the tongue and leaves a dusty feel.Ginger,pepper. Quite numbing.
- Finish
- Long,spicy,warm.
- Comment
- Ah,when sherry gives more than wood,the tastebuds give an applause.
