- Nose
- This is all bitter coffee grounds and walnut whips.Australian sherry, heavily oxidised notes, but then a
surprising lift of raspberry.
- Palate
- This is like diving headfirst into a pile of leaves and emerging with a mouthful of twigs and earth. There's some marzipan and sultana, but not for me.
- Finish
- Tight.
- Comment
- Another that's lost it.

- Nose
- Oaky. So black. Another sherry monster. Treacle, dark chocolate.
- Palate
- A sweet start then the bitter kick of the wood. Walnut stain with a rough feel on the tongue.
- Finish
- Bitter,astringent.
- Comment
- Too much wood for me. I love herbal teas but not with an oak infusion.
