Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Slightly vegetal. Olives? Palate Syrupy but very light. Becoming dry. Peaty, smoky, bitterness. Finish Late explosion of spiciness. Lemon grass. Ginger. Cinnamon. Comment Not much middle palate. Lacks roundness.

Dave Broom Nose Lightly malty/dusty. Dried grasses, yew. Becomes perfumed with water: floral (hyacinth, almost frangipani). Palate Soft and clean. Blossom-like. Gentle grip. Very clean and quite light. Finish Medium length, a soft fade. Comment Attractive, versatile.
