- Mature and deep. Stewed tea, dried cherry, fig, madeira cake mix alongside some tomato/balsamic rancio notes.
- Palate
- Slightly tannic grip think hard toffee dried blossom rich with substance. light to medium fruits lovely balance.
- Finish
- XXX (triple x-ED)
- Comment
- Just needs a little more in the middle.

- Sherry leaves its mark. Rubber, dried currants, damp cellar.
- Palate
- Smooth and sweet. Elegant display of sherried notes : deep toffee, chocolate, candied chestnuts, figs. Touch of sulphur. Soft spices.
- Finish
- Lingering, chocolatey. Liquorice. Delicate spiciness (nutmeg). Tobacco leaves.
- Comment
- A classic sherry. Oak is perfectly integrated. So elegantly balanced.
