- Big sweet oloroso impact,raisin and a hint of sulphur adding a lift. There's walnut,sticky toffee pudding,coffee bean & black vetiver on top of stewed apple.
- Palate
- Solid toffee-ed start. Super ripe black fruits. Balancing tannins. Robust weight and deep nuttiness shifts into treacle toffee.
- Finish
- Spicy.
- Comment
- Deep,layered and sweet with great balance. Seek it out.

- Winey. Oaky. Red wine (or port cask), damp warehouse. Raisins,a hint of chocolate. Oak dominates. Dry walnut.
- Palate
- Sweet and crisp. The spicy burst comes quickly,covering the sweet fruit. Sultanas,dates, figs. Ginger. White pepper. Quite sherbety.
- Finish
- Dry. Spices dust. A hint of sulphur.
- Comment
- A port finish? The port or sherry influence is patent. It has conveyed a lot of sweetness, maybe too much. Alongside with oakiness (but a sweet one,nothing astringent).
