79- Nose
- Oaky. Fresh sawdust. Intense but rough. A sweeter note slowly (even reluctantly !) comes through. White nougat, praline. With a hint of grapes. Develops on nutty notes.
- Palate
- Smooth, velvety. Cloying. Sweet maltiness. Cream soda. White chocolate. Getting sweeter. Enticing.
- Finish
- Sweet, nutty. That nougat note comes back as well.
- Comment
- The palate is sweeter and more open than the nose. Oak mellows on time. Give it time.

- Fresh sawn wood that gives way to white chocolate sweetness. Ground almonds and a little winey.
- Palate
- Gentle with masses of sweetness, chocolate, coco powder and Digestive biscuits as well.
- Finish
- Sweet and lingering.

- Needs to breath a little before it gives up its secrets.
