Nose
Oaky. Fresh sawdust. Intense but rough. A sweeter note slowly (even reluctantly !) comes through. White nougat, praline. With a hint of grapes. Develops on nutty notes.
Palate
Smooth, velvety. Cloying. Sweet maltiness. Cream soda. White chocolate. Getting sweeter. Enticing.
Finish
Sweet, nutty. That nougat note comes back as well.
Comment
The palate is sweeter and more open than the nose. Oak mellows on time. Give it time.

Nose
Fresh sawn wood that gives way to white chocolate sweetness. Ground almonds and a little winey.
Palate
Gentle with masses of sweetness, chocolate, coco powder and Digestive biscuits as well.
Finish
Sweet and lingering.
Comment
Needs to breath a little before it gives up its secrets.
