- Lightly floral, with apple skin, lemon peel but with a dry, biscuity undertow. Good with water.
- Palate
- Cracked wheat, very light and is destroyed by water which splits it into its constituent parts.
- Finish
- Insubstantial and quite hard.
- Comment
- A promising nose, but doesn't deliver on the palate.
