Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Mint chocolate. Sherry. Slightly vinous. Oak.
Palate
Firm, smooth. Thick. Demerara sugar. Crispy malt. Chocolate wafers. Toffee. Forest berries. Oak. Some earthy notes.
Finish
Rummy. Warming.
Comment
I like oak, but this was a bit too much for me.

Dave Broom

Nose
Delicate. Nuts, sultana, honey. Hint of linoleum and oily rag.
Palate
Gently pleasant. A chewy mid-palate, with a little liquorice bitterness.
Finish
Banana, toffee. Short.
Comment
Delicate, light and simple.
