- Nose
- Smoky, earthy, sensuous.
- Palate
- Light, lively, smoky, toffeeish.
- Finish
- A suggestion of salt. How on earth did that get into the bottle?
- Comment
- Lighter-bodied and drier than the others. I found it a little thin in the middle.

- Nose
- Rich wood smoke, wild mountain thyme with hints of cloves and cinnamon.
- Palate
- Richly woody with floral and citrus orange.
- Finish
- Woody dryness. Warming cinnamon spice.
- Comment
- Its wood smoke is the richest and easiest character to recognise.
