Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Smoky, earthy, sensuous. Palate Light, lively, smoky, toffeeish. Finish A suggestion of salt. How on earth did that get into the bottle? Comment Lighter-bodied and drier than the others. I found it a little thin in the middle.

David Robertson Nose Rich wood smoke, wild mountain thyme with hints of cloves and cinnamon. Palate Richly woody with floral and citrus orange. Finish Woody dryness. Warming cinnamon spice. Comment Its wood smoke is the richest and easiest character to recognise.
