Michael Jackson

Nose
Fragrant smoke, with dryish maltiness.
Palate
Quite full and syrupy, oaky and smoky.
Finish
Remarkable emergence of mint toffee.
Comment
Not quite the complexity of the 1946 and 1948. Oaky woodiness begins to intrude.

David Robertson

Nose
Cooked apple and lemon citrus, some wood.
Palate
Richer apples, lemons and peat smoke.
Finish
Richly phenolic.
