Resinous and robust almost woolly with some chicory/acorn. Layered with real sweetness behind.Dried fruits,varnish.
Big. Lacquer. Medium to full-bodied with sticky oak,dried cherries,raisin and resin. Water makes it split a little but shows a basic rich oiliness.
Resin again.
Good balance of high-impact oak and rich spirit. A powerful Macallan.

Sherry. And more sherry. Burnt wood. Rubber. Fig molasses. On time,opens on rich creamy notes;Chocolate crème brûlée. A touch of marmalade.
Sweet. Thick and rich. Chocolate. Raisins. Candied orange then oak prints a coarse mark on the tongue.
A bold sherry character. The sherry freaks will be delighted.
