81- Nose
- Very sweet and leathery with concentrated dried fruits. Full blooded sherry notes. With water there's a hint of struck match/rubber, then rosewood and fruit paste.
- Palate
- Big tannins and that leatheriness slapping on to the tongue. Cocoa nibs, sweet molasses. Needs to be loosened. With water,there's a charred earthiness. Good grip.
- Finish
- Walnut. Ripe fruits
- Comment
- A sherry bomb but has sweetness.

- Oaky. Rich,heavy. Dark chocolate, sultanas. Rubbery. Hint of sulphur. Obviously heavily sherried. Floral. Hyacinth. Complex and concentrated.
- Palate
- Sweet and sour. Rich oak but well mastered. Dark chocolate,dates,figs, nuts. The whole package.
- Finish
- Lingering on oak shades.
- Comment
- For those who love heavily sherried whiskies. A broad shouldered lad, very well-mannered,with great stories to tell.
