- Light and crisp. Above a cereal base, lemony smoke cleans without compromise.

- Simple and refreshing – yet nothing is missing. Confident.

- I like this young man: he's showered and shaved, suited and booted, and off for a night on the town.

- Smoky and intense. Good delivery of sweet peat smoke. Balanced, subtle and rounded. A fleshy smoked fish, olive oil, vegetal. Good breadth of flavour. Intriguing. Hint of coconut.
- Palate
- Very smoky start, then medicinal notes, then macaroon with a floral sweetness underpinning it. Lightly oily texture.
- Finish
- Long, smoky, peppered mackerel.
- Comment
- More expressive than the other peated one. Very good.
