- Nose
- French polish.
- Palate
- Metallic. Or is it metal polish? I want to dismiss that idea, but can't get it out of my head. The palate picks up toward the finish, with some passion fruit and honeyed, cedary notes.
- Finish
- Quick alcohol warmth.
- Comment
- Metallic flavour seems dominant, and the rest doesn't hold together.

- Nose
- Toffee apples, sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce, coconut, macaroons, maltiness.
- Palate
- Créme caramel sweetness and toffee lead, before the light spicyness of gingerbread, rich dried fruit and a hint of cloves.
- Finish
- Light and compressed with a subtle sweet-dry balance.
- Comment
- Individual flavours open up and then group themselves into a neat package, before whispering good-bye.
