Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Slightly plain, yet fragrant with wet green grass, anise, marzipan. Lightly dusty. Sweeter with water. Palate Very sweet again. The anise note returns along with meadow sweet. Firm but charming. Finish Clean and soft. Comment A welcome addition.

Martine Nouet Nose Fragrant. Lemon juice and pulp. Gooseberry. A hint of verbena herbal tea. Palate Sweet at first then getting bitter. Strange hoppy taste, like a beer. Peppermint. Finish Dry, spicy, sherbety. Comment A summer dram. Quite thirst quenching with its bitter profile.
