- Nose
- Very plain with light smoke. Slightly flinty, firm and a little exposed and lacking integration.
- Palate
- A mineral quality which teases into dried grass. Water brings out a perfumed quality, some smoke, chilli flakes and a slight weight pressing into the middle of the tongue.
- Finish
- Short and clean.
- Comment
- No better than average HP.

- Nose
- Herbal, sweet. Honey, lemon balm. Light juicy fruit. White currant. Rhubarb juice. A touch of lemon drop.
- Palate
- Quite fizzy on the tongue. Spices unveil immediately. Teasing.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy, with a touch of burnt wood.
- Comment
- A cheeky character, uplifting, cheery and vibrant. For an outdoor meal, with shellfish maybe. Water gives it depth.
