- Edgy and quite dry (balsa wood/driftwood).Needs water when the full array of aromas is revealed. Vanilla,sweet citrus,light oak. Tingling and alive.
- Palate
- Shaved oak and then a soft mango/peachiness.Spreads well with water,slightly oily in texture. Tongue coating. Very light spice (nutmeg)) on back palate.
- Finish
- Delicate but long.
- Comment
- Great balance . Aperitif or with (sea)food.

- Enticing. A full bowl of fruit salad. Tinned peaches in syrup. Creamy. Custard,blancmange. Opens on herbal notes. Aniseed and fennel. The cereals are not far.

- Firm,structured. Satin like. Teases the tastebuds with a buoyant freshness.
- Finish
- Long, sensuous. Soothing on vanilla custard.
- Comment
- A delicate and intricate dram. Alcohol is well mastered.Invigorating.
