- Fudge, Chantilly cream, summer fruits, ginger nuts.
- Palate
- Nice balance of velvety vanilla and more aggressive rye.
- Finish
- Relentless spiciness, a touch of chilli.
- Comment
- Another fine example of why rye has been undergoing a resurgence.

- Big and bold. Plenty of fresh oak and coconut cream then comes some salted caramel, blackberry compote.
- Palate
- Gentle at first, with cornbread, then the dry spices build. Plenty of tannins and oak grip.

- Drying and packed with oak grip.

- Another excellent release of rye.
