76- Nose
- Light, shy. Some sweet nearly sugary notes. Barley sugar, aniseed.
- Palate
- Round and smooth. Mouthcoating, oily. A well balanced malty sweetness teased by a good spicy development. Gets bolder. Barley sugar again.
- Finish
- Medium, drying on ginger.
- Comment
- Lovely texture. The nose is a bit shy, the palate more expressive. Very correct but not terribly exciting.

- Honey, slightly orangey and citrussy. A little like a gobstopper sweet.

- Sweet malt comes through with a little toffee. Those barley sugar sweets are here again.

- Warming with ginger edges.
