- Perfumy. Floral. Carnation. Rose petals. Turkish delight. Hint of white chocolate. delicate and elegant. In time, toasted pistachios.
- Palate
- Silky, gently flowing. Then becoming crisp like Thai silk. More Turkish delight. Poached pears. A festoon of spices tease the tongue. Water brings out sweetness.
- Finish
- Dry, lingering. spicy.
- Comment
- Elegant, intricate and enticing. Mozart with the depth of Beethoven and the agile touch of Liszt?

- Rich and full. Loads of plump sultanas and dried fruits: apricots, apples and pears. A hint of cracked black pepper.
- Palate
- Plenty of body and balance here. Zest laden marmalade melds into spicy oak and those dried fruits. Tobacco leaf.

- Dry and oaky.
- Comment
- Excellent stuff and not to be overlooked at all.
