Nose
Light and fruity. Pears in custard. Some exotic fruit. Getting creamy.
Palate
Sweet, light-bodied. More exotic fruit. The alcohol is very well mastered. Keeps fruity all the way. With a malty resence. Hint of aniseed.
Finish
Medium long, minty. Refreshing.
Comment
A pleasant dram. A touch of water brings out a refined oak frame and beeswax. A kind of spicy fruit salad.

Nose
Spirity at first, then a herbal barley sugar note comes through. Pear drops. Pine floor cleaner, bags of potting compost. A sharp zesty edge.
Palate
Boiled sweets, a little gobstopper too. Honey roast peanuts. The oak is here too with a little bitter edge.
Finish
Warm and sweet.
Comment
The alcohol is well integrated and not overpowering, but a little water helps things open out more.
