Nose
Bread fresh out of the oven. Palate
Lean, firm, grainy. Bread with dried fruits, specially candied orange peels. Welsh tea bread. Finish
Sweet. Expressive. Orange flower water. Comment
Slightly more grainy and less fruity than I remember.
Dave Broom
Nose
Nutty (hazelnut) with dry bracken/heather and cereal. Water brings out grassiness, a touch of syrup and green fern. Palate
Soft to start. Rounded with butterscotch and nutmeg. Light, dry. Finish
Spicy. Comment
Very soft. Just lacking a little grip.
