- Nose
- Fresh bread with butter and salad leaves. A picnic in a field of daisies.
- Palate
- Fresh, doughy bread with lashings of real butter.
- Finish
- Lemon marmalade, with bittersweet peel.
- Comment
- Normally thought of as a light malt but this is a rich, viscous expression.

- Nose
- A dusty start (sacking/cigar ash) with a hint of putty, then mellows into rum-soaked dried fruits. Sweet and slightly savoury. Becomes toffee-like.
- Palate
- Surprisingly light, but has creamy softness and firm oakiness. Clean, orange peel, toffee sauce.
- Finish
- Dry, slightly oak.
- Comment
- An extra layer of maturity. Sweet and ripe but holding age pretty well.
