- Nose
- Looks like a light rose wine and with a nose of flowers, cranberry and
pomegranate it smells like one as well.
- Palate
- That red fruit quality it retained but its hot which at 46% suggests that the
oak hasn't helped to dampen down the alcohol.
- Finish
- Delicately fruity, but too ethereal
- Comment
- No real complexity. Maybe longer in cask would have helped. Compare to
the Penderyn.

- Nose
- Light but tangy. A floral note combined to summer fruit. Strawberry,
redcurrant. Cream-soda.
- Palate
- Thick, almost syrupy. Very sweet. The same summer fruit notes as on the
nose. Pomegranate juice.
- Finish
- Dry, medium long.
- Comment
- The colour indicates a wine finish. Port maybe. A perfect companion for a
fruit dessert.
