- Beautifully rounded and silky. The cereal notes mingle with marzipan and vanilla. Rewarding and refreshing.
- Finish
- Dry, leafy. Quite short.
- Comment
- A lovely dram. Fresh, natural, cheery. The perfect companion for a cheese party. Preferably undiluted.

- Nose
- Linseed, Brazil nut and extra-virgin olive oil overture, spicy oak emerges with a hint of crème caramel peeping through.
- Palate
- Laid back and opens slowly to deliver nutty, spicy, dried fruit, chocolate and crème caramel nuances, quite tightly knit, before an oakey garnish joins in.
- Finish
- Creamy, fruity maltiness.
- Comment
- Team work results in glimpses of different flavours rather than individual close ups.
