Dave Broom
Nose
Candy floss and baked banana. Quite scented. Lighter than most here. Slightly distant.
Palate
Tannins a plenty. Firm grip and big alcohol. The lighter flavours takes it into Cognac like territory of grilled nuts and spice with some tomato leaf underneath.
Finish
Becomes richer, sweeter and riper.
Comment
Out on its own. More finesse but less power.

Hold its own in strong company.
