Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Grassy, leafy. Herbal. Hint of charcoal. Dry. Palate Firm, silky, oily. Some vanilla-pod. Cereal-grain flavours. Finish Garden mint. Very late sweetness. Comment Pleasant, light. For sociable drinking.

Jim Murray Nose Very sweet and clean aged malt. Palate Light but intensely malty with a gathering of oaky spice. Excellent sweetness. Finish Lingering oak helps the malt keep an impressive shape on the palate. Comment By no means complex but not a single wayward note, either. Perhaps too one dimensional for some, this expression further proves what an excellent malt Cooley produces.
