70- Nose
- Soft. Vanilla, some grain? Touch of crisp cereal, dried grass, pecan and lemon. With water just a little foosty/musty.
- Palate
- Clean with light dried fruits, then old cellar and dried flower. Old pears. Sadly, it's musty when diluted.
- Finish
- Lemon verbena.
- Comment
- It's a decent blend, but there's something about the wood that doesn't seem quite right.

75- Nose
- Fruity and malty. Fudge, ripe medlar. Apple and cinnamon pie. Some barley water.A slight ozonic note, like a garden after a heavy shower.
- Palate
- Smooth. Sweet. A bit weak and watery. Sweet maltiness then a spicy edge. Tangerine juice in the back.
- Finish
- Short. Astringent.
- Comment
- A decent dram although a bit dour on the finish. But no real excitement.
