Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Rich, creamy, flowery, fruity. Palate Chocolate pralines filled with fudgy toffee and orange cream. Finish Crunchy cookies, slightly burnt at the edges. A suggestion of char. Comment This should obviously be an ingredient of all self-respecting desserts. An accompaniment to them, too. And an after dinner drink. You are in a dry county? So what?

Dave Broom Nose Takes time to open, then rich, polished oak tones alongside pepper, cumin, nutmeg. In time a more fragrant lift: Turkish Delight. Palate Big soft and creamy, ripe berries and honey. Big, soft and powerful. Finish Gentle honeyed/buttery. Comment Gentle but rich. Somehow the reverse of the Weller, smells spicy and becomes honeyed in the mouth.
