- Rich, creamy, flowery, fruity.
- Palate
- Chocolate pralines filled with fudgy toffee and orange cream.
- Finish
- Crunchy cookies, slightly burnt at the edges. A suggestion of char.
- Comment
- This should obviously be an ingredient of all self-respecting desserts. An accompaniment to them, too. And an after dinner drink. You are in a dry county? So what?

- Takes time to open, then rich, polished oak tones alongside pepper, cumin, nutmeg. In time a more fragrant lift: Turkish Delight.

- Big soft and creamy, ripe berries and honey. Big, soft and powerful.

- Gentle honeyed/buttery.
- Comment
- Gentle but rich. Somehow the reverse of the Weller, smells spicy and becomes honeyed in the mouth.
