- Nose
- Fruitier and more resiny.
- Palate
- Creamier. Suggestions of clove. Menthol. Woody.
- Finish
- Green. Like biting on young twigs.
- Comment
- One to put in the hip-flask for a walk in the forest.

- Nose
- Clean, fragrant and attractive. Marzipan and light rye notes: sourdough, fennel seed. With water the bready notes dominate. Floury (and flowery).
- Palate
- Slightly muted to start then lovely spicy attack. The rye flour re-emerges. Light but well balanced.
- Finish
- Clean with a hint of sweetness.
- Comment
- Good balance, with zesty rye touches.
