- Nose
- Initially there's damp earth in the late summer. Wet cut grass, macadamia, Weetabix sprinkled with sugar, tangerine. Slightly musty.
- Palate
- Ripe/baked summer fruits baked. The oak sits on top of some crispbread, toffee and melting chocolate.
- Finish
- Nutmeg and cinnamon, digestive biscuit and light smoke.
- Comment
- Best neat.

- Freshly cut apples, white pepper, orange sorbet, blackberry jam, and cold roast lamb.
- Palate
- Berry fruits, dark chocolate sauce and then a dryish harissa spice.
- Finish
- Some spicy woodsmoke.
- Comment
- Unusual, and composed of many distinct elements that mesh well.
