Nose
Bread dough, yeast with some maturity. Good balance with water which brings out spicy oakiness and a deep slightly nutty centre with raisin and dried flowers, then dry bracken. Palate
Slightly stubborn to open. Solid but in time a zesty note and a contrast with coriander spices and a vanilla-led sweetness. Finish
Sadly this falls apart on the finish. Comment
It was all going so well...

Nose
Smoked cheese, citronella. Damp earth and wet rock. I was reminded of the inside of a megalithic tomb. Leather and crepe suzette. A light cheesiness again. Palate
Burnt twigs, fruit bon-bons and tangy orange marmalade. Finish
Earthy and drying. Comment
